Job Summary
The Associate Center Director serves as a key support to the Center Director in the day-to-day operations of the center. This individual plays a critical role in delivering client care, supporting volunteers, and assisting in the administrative and outreach responsibilities of the ministry. The Associate Center Director must demonstrate a strong personal commitment to Life Centers’ mission and values, and serve with grace, wisdom, and a Christ-centered heart.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Care & Peer Counseling-
- Provide emotional and spiritual support to clients in alignment with Life Centers’ mission.
- Assist clients in navigating pregnancy-related decisions with compassion and Biblical counsel.
- Share resources on parenting, adoption, and abortion alternatives in a non-judgmental and supportive manner.
- Pray with clients, with permission, and encourage spiritual growth and healing.
Support to Center Director-
- Assist the Center Director in overseeing daily center operations and volunteer coordination.
- Provide coverage in the absence of the Center Director as needed.
- Help implement policies and procedures to ensure effective and consistent service delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between volunteers and the Center Director, offering guidance and encouragement to the team.
Ministry & Outreach-
- Assist the Center Director in overseeing daily center operations and volunteer coordination.

- Help implement policies and procedures to ensure effective and consistent service delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between volunteers and the Center Director, offering guidance and encouragement to the team.
Administrative & Operational Duties-
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Assist with distributing support service materials, educational resources, and referrals.
- Follow and enforce Life Centers’ policies, ethical guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A committed follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for pro-life ministry.
- Agreement with Life Centers’ Statement of Faith and Core Values.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and peer counseling skills.
- Willingness to engage in sensitive topics with empathy and Biblical guidance.
- Previous ministry, counseling, or client support experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a ministry team.
- Willingness to complete required client advocacy training.
- Must pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in pregnancy resource centers, church ministry, or nonprofit settings.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care is a plus.

Summer Communications & Events Internship
Job Title: Summer Communications & Events Internship
Location: Indianapolis, IN - primarily Indianapolis Administrative Office - 9511 Angola Court, Indianapolis, IN 46268 (some remote flexibility possible)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated college student or recent graduate who shares our pro-life convictions and Christian faith for a paid summer internship in communications and events. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, event planning, and nonprofit operations while contributing to life-affirming work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging graphics and visuals for social media and ministry campaigns using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Develop and schedule social media content and campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to raise awareness and inspire support.
- Write compelling stories and content for our monthly email newsletter to supporters, highlighting impact and testimonies.
- Assist in planning and executing three summer events, including logistics, promotion, and on-site support.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the leadership team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Current college sophomore or junior (rising junior or senior preferred).
- Strong commitment to the pro-life position and alignment with Life Centers' mission statement.
- Must be comfortable signing our ministry’s Statement of Faith.
- Passionate about communications, social media, graphic design, and storytelling.
- Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Basic proficiency in social media platforms and graphic design tools (experience with Canva or Adobe preferred but not required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
Details:
- Compensation: $18 per hour.
- Hours: 20–25 hours per week (flexible scheduling).
- Duration: May 2026 through August 2026.
- Location: Primarily in-office at our Indianapolis Administrative Office- 9511 Angola Court- Indianapolis, 46268 (some remote flexibility possible).
- Benefits: None (part-time position).
- Requirements: Full background check required upon acceptance.
